Training Packages

 

 

Training plans are delivered remotely and created with clear goals the runner and coach both agree on. The goals must be challenging but realistic to fit in with the runner’s lifestyle. I prefer to work with athletes over a medium to long period as it can take time for the coach and athlete relationship to bear fruits and for athletes to adapt to new training methods.

 

Consultation- £90

Before starting any training programme, runners will be required to undergo an initial in depth 60 mins consultation. This would be a holistic meeting, face to face (in person or online) to gain knowledge on the runner’s training background, injury history, lifestyle and goals as well as completion of a questionannaire which will all be used to provide feeback in a thorough email debrief.

Running 1 to 1 Assessment


The session will last approximately an hour including brief feedback. This will followed by more detailed feedback including videos of drills and strides.

In the session the athlete will go through the following:


-a series of global movements
-running specific drills

-runs at a variety of speeds-highlight key cues to improve your running mechanics
I will video you so that you have a reference point.

Weekly training package

 

  • A weekly personalised training plan including detailed guidance on all running sessions
  • Progressive strength and conditioning exercises
  • Progressive running drills
  • Weekly phone call or email to discuss and plan training plus contact during the week
  • Training geared towards specific goals
  • Advice on nutrition, recovery and footwear
  • £70 a month rolling contract OR
  • £390 for 6 months payment in advance + 50% off the consultation

 

 

 

 

Fortnightly training package

  • A fortnightly personalised training plan including detailed guidance on all running sessions
  • Coverage of strength and conditioning and running drills
  • Fortnightly phone call or email to discuss and plan training
  • Training geared towards specific goals
  • Advice on nutrition, recovery and footwear
  • £55 a month rolling contract
